Bear's Fest 2014

John Wells

Had a great time with all of the artists who came and played at Bear's Fest 2014. We are so glad everyone had a great time. We got multiple complements on how things went and sounded. Looking forward to our next show at Bear's on Fairfield on the 22nd of August!

NSU - Folk Life Festival 2014

John Wells

We are so glad this year's festival went off with out any problems. We all had a great time seeing the dance floor packed and enjoyed working with great musicians from around the area. If you're a fan of Zydeco, Bluegrass, or the likes; this is the festival for you! On top of the great music their's great handmade crafts and even better food. Every year the Festival also has the Louisiana State Fiddle Contest (open to all ages), watch this year's twelve year old State Fiddle Champion here.

Louisiana Sports Hall of Fame Induction Celebration 2014

John Wells

This year we cranked up the showmen style, If you didn't realize (which you probably didn't). In years past, we have had lighting crank up poles to hang our lights from on each side of the stage. This year we hung a 50 foot section of truss from the ceiling to hang our lighting instruments off of so it would be way out of the way for the TV cameras. With the addition to hanging the truss off of the ceiling we also ran sound for the induction celebration. Check out these behind the scenes photos from setup day. Maybe next year we'll bump the notch up one more time and we'll be able to hang our speakers from the trussing as well as the lights.
