Return/Refund Policy for DVD and Blu-ray discs

RETURNS

Having issues with your DVD or Blu-ray? We will accept returns within 14 days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item (DVD or Blu-ray) must be in the same container and in the same condition that you received it (no scratches).
Please fill out the form at the bottom of this page and include a written description of your issue you are having with your item(s)

REFUNDS

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item(s).

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to you or send a replacement of your returned item(s).

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs to return your item(s). Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

If you receive a refund, any cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
